New York Color Smooth Skin Bronzing Face Powder in Sunny (Review)

New York Color Smooth Skin Bronzing Face Powder in Sunny (Review)

I want to start off saying that these product was sent to me from Influenster for review purpose only This will not effect me in any way shape or form how I feel about this product. I will give my honest opinion how I feel and how the product performed in me.

I was using NYC's Sunny bronzer for many years?  So I’am no stranger to this product. I was glad to see this product in my Infuenster cause I have not used this product in such a long time cause I had moved up to bigger and higher end for my bronzer and contouring needs.

I use to use it as a allover setting powder in the winter time cause I seem to lose a lot a color in my face . But in the summer I use it as my bronzer /contour. After I apply my foundation, concealer, and powder, I use a brush to apply this near my temples, cheeks, and neckline . . . then do my bronzing and contouring over it. It just helps warm up my face, and helps my other products to blend easier.

I'm tanned (NC45 in MAC?) If you want to use that as a reference, this produce is not orange on me. I've never had any problems with this breaking me out or causing any skin issues.

I have repurchased this produce many times. This may not be THE BEST out there, but it works well for me. So if you are looking for a drug store inexpensive product. This product might just do the trick it worth checking out at your local drug store.

Pros
-Price it very low
-Can be found in almost every drug store
-Does not have a scent that I am able to detect
-Finely milled  and not powdery

Con
-Can be a little orange on some people
-May not work on darker skin

Verdict

If you are just starting out with makeup and you don't know where to begin this is the brand for you. It is affordable and easily accessible for the makeup lover in you. So please give it a shot and I hope you love it as much I did.  Good luck

This product can be found in
CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreen, Duane Reade and some Drug Stores and of course NYC website which there will be a link below

VIVA GLAM RIHANNA 2 COMING THIS FALL

I am not a lipglass girl but I think that I will have to make an exception. This beautiful dual chrome goodness is coming this September. No date has been set at this time but be on the look out for it.  This lipglass look like it has a cool mauve with red frost. I have to say that I am loving the red packaging it put the whole thing together.

If you didn't know the viva glam was established in 1994 to support men, woman and children affected by HIV/AIDS globally. The MAC AIDS Fund is supported exclusively by a consumer based model that direct 100 % of the sale to the fund. In other words every time you buy a viva glam product all the money will go to the organization.

Over the past 18 years MAC has launched several exclusive Viva Glam products lines including lipstick and lipglass. Each of  them featuring campaign with celebrity superstars such as

RuPaul
K.D Lang
Lil Kim
Sir Elton
Mary J Blige
Shirley Manson
Linda Evangelista
Boy George
Christina Aguilera
Missy Elliott
Pamela Anderson
Lisa Marie Presley
Debbie Harry
Eve
Dita Von Teese
Fergie
Cyndi Lauper
Lady Gaga
Ricky Martin
Nicki Minaj
and now Rihanna

The Viva Glam line will campaign with a celebrity for that year along with the product and then it will be discontinue so a new celebrity and a new Viva Glam can be made. There has been a few times that a celebrity has been chosen two back to back like Lady Gaga, Nicki Minaj and most recently Rihanna but of coarse a new product would have been put into  the new rotation.

My guess the sales was such a hit they decide to extended it another year with that celebrity but with a new product and  a new color weather it is a lipsick or a lipglass. Either way I love to support the cause and it does not hurt that you get to add a new lipstick and a new lipglass to your collection.

By the way this is not my photo. This photo has been circulating around instagram unable to give credit to the person who took this picture.

THE SIMPSONS MAC COLLECTION

On the occasion of the 25th anniversary Mac wanted to celebrate with everyone their favorite cartoon family the Simpsons. The MAC The Simpsons Collection released news of the collection on instagram promising it to be a collection celebrating everyone’s beloved animated family!. It seams from all the pictures that have been circulating on instagram, twitter and various blog MAC seems to focus their attention more on Marge Simpsons.

Nothing against the Simpsons but aside from her bright blue hair how much color can you actually put into a MAC Marge Simpson Collection? MAC is no stranger to creating fun cosmetic collections that’s for sure. However, the Simpsons are such a hard color palette to work with. The only colors that come into mind is blue and yellow…what else is there!?

Rumors has it that the collection is to drop on Mac website is on September 4, 2014 in the USA . So keep on the look out and get ready for this collection. If you really want it

The collection will contain two powder blushes , two eye shadow quad, four lipglasses. Lashes which is part of their permanent line and some kind of nail stickers which is new to MAC. Thanks to @trendmood1 on Instagram I was able to get more information on these products and these pictures as well.

As for those who have a MAC PRO discount card as you can see on the bottom of this document employee discount is excluded for this collection. Sorry

To me and a lot of MAC collectors are asking what happen to the lipstick that would of been the star of the whole collection but you never know from MAC they might surprise us later on by adding that to the collection.

I don't know about you but I will be stocking the MAC website on September 4. I have on my list so far is the two MAC blushes and the two eye shadow quad. I am going to skip the lipglass the nail art and the lashes it is just not for me but anything can change from now till then.

Good luck to everyone and happy hunting.

SALLY HANSEN (REVIEW) #CSMTKO

I wanted to start off by saying that these items was sent to me for review purposes by Influenster. This will not influence me in anyway shape of form about my opinion about this product.

When I had gotten the Sally Hansen nail polishes in the mail I was so excited. I have heard of this product but never had a chance to use them. I love getting a mani pedi all the time. I am always getting my nails done. I don’t to them myself I always have a profession do them for me. It is the best way to get them done the right way at least to me. It is like a day a the spa for me. I seem to always make a mess when I do them myself.

First of all the color’s that was sent to me was perfect. A deep plum color a bright hot red and a light soft blue what else could a girl ask for. I had ask my mother and my sister to join me to try out this product as well and to give me their feed back since they love doing their nails at home. We all live different life styles.

My mom who is a stay at home mom, she does the cooking the cleaning the laundry you know the typical things that stay at home mom’s do. We all know how that goes when it comes to nails. With all that washing and cleaning it really takes a toll on your nails. So you know there will be a lot of wear and tear. You will wonder how long the color last and how long before your nails will start to chip on your nails.

My sister is a full time student, the only wear and tear is using the computer to type her reports and on the internet doing research  and like any typical teenager constantly on her phone texting and playing video games. She a big kid at heart lol

As for me I work in a hospital my wear and tear is water and putting pressure on my nails when it comes to typing. I am always constantly washing my hand and on the computer all day Monday threw Friday you know a regular 9 to 5 job.

My mom started to see the polish chipping after a week and a day or two. Keep in mind she did use a top coat. You know people who use a lot of water their nail polish does start to breaks down by a lot. So it was a matter of time for that to happen other then that the polish stood strong when it comes to the pigmentation it did not get dull at all the shine stood strong.

My sister started seeing the polish chipping after two weeks. She didn't use a top coat she felt too lazy to do so. The whole time the only time she used water is when she wash her hands when she was done eating and when she was taking showers other then that just like any typically teen. she  was on her phone texting away or on the computer typing like a crazy person. All the chipping that had occur was at the edge of the nail which was understandable since shes types using her nails sometimes.

As for me I started seeing the polish chipping almost after three weeks keep in mind that I had UV polish top coat done over the polish and I had my nails done at a nail salon. I use a lot of water not as much as my mom thou. I work at a hospital so I am always washing my after everything I do I don’t want to contaminate anything around me nor bring anything home. The pigmentation was great but where it did starting chipping on the edge of the nail and it started peel where the top coat was. Which is crazy but the nail polish itself stood in tack which was nice.

PRO’S
It has a thick brush which is a good thing. It can cover more surface area just it one swipe. The colors that I had received are very much pigmented. It takes just takes just two coats to cover the nail to get it full potential of color. Lasting power is average it about a week or two it all depends on the top coat that you use and things that you use during your everyday lives. It has a nice shine that will last a very long time. You can find this item in almost all major drug stores and the price is very reasonable for a drug store item.

CON’S
It has a thick brush it just depends on how you look at it a lot of people don’t like a thick brush because they have thin finger tips and a very small area to work with. Lasting power it all depends on the top coat and what you do throughout the day for the wear and tear.

VERDICT
I would try this polish again the lasting power is great. It is easy to find drug store item. The pigmentation of these colors are great and for the value of this item who wouldn't try this product. I would recommended it to everyone I know whether you are a working woman like me, a college student like my sister or a stay at mom like my mom this product is for everyone.

NEW L'Oreal Youth Code Pore Vanisher (Review)

What a great way to start off then new year for L'Oreal. They are really stepping up their game from one product to another. Especially their new line of skin care product. First their was the moisturize texture perfector day and night cream. Then the treat texture perfector serum concentrate and now this.

L'Oreal have some claims on this product that is beyond what a primer can do. Which is that this product can diminish the look or pores and will shrink pore size in a month. I don't know about you but that is hard to believe that a product can do all of that especially a drug store product.

This product contains 1.4 fl oz and it has the same scent as the serum from the product line. It also have a slight universal tint which is good so it will not effect the foundation that you might be using. On the skin it feel like you are using a very light cream, serum type feeling not that silicone type. So if you are one of those people who hate that silicone type primers. You will not have a problem with this product at all. You can you use this product day and night and just like that rest of the Youthcode product line the packaging has that same pink ombre look. which is very cute I must say

This product is for all skin type and suitable for sensitive skin. Non-comedoenic and dermatologist tested.

I will continue to use this product with the rest of the Youthcode product line. So far I have been having great results from this line. I see a great improvement in my skin tone and my skin feels so soft and smooth. My foundation looks better with it then without it.

I will report back in a month or so to tell you if this Youthcode pore vanisher really does what it say it does once I added to my skin care regimen. Weather there is some kind of improvement to my skin or if it really diminish my pore size.

This product can be found so far in Target, CVS and Walgreen.

By the way I bought mines in Walgreen and on the display there was a 2.00 off coupon so take advantage of that before they are gone.

NYC Sparkle Eye Dust (Review)

I gotten this from influenster in the Smokey Topaz, which is one of the original shades –  Smokey Topaz is a really lovely shade though – sort of a mauve taupe with a lovely shimmery (but not frosty!) finish.

Since this is a loose shadow, you could also use it wet, but it’s very pigmented dry.  I think it must have some type of binder in it, because it adheres to skin quite well without any base at all.  I tested it out on my eyes, and it applied well just over eye shadow primer.  There was some fallout during application, but none during the day.

Overall, I really liked the NYC Sparkle Eye Dust shadow – enough that I’m definitely going to go back for more! I found the packaging fairly convenient.  I did need to tap on to the back of my hand to apply, but the packaging prevented spills, which is great. The quality of the shadow is also very nice – pigmented, smooth and adheres well. A great, inexpensive choice!

Suave - Moroccan Infusion Styling Oil (Review)

This is the first time I have heard of this moroccan oil and I'm really glad I was giving a chance to try out this product. Iam always looking for the next best thing when it comes to hair care

It is "infused" with moroccan oil, so it's not pure argan oil, which is probably a good thing, since this product is lightweight and not heavy or greasy. There's also has coconut oil in it, which is also moisturizing. No funky or overpowering smell either. This smells amazinggggg!!!!!!!

I highly recommend this product it has completely transformed my damaged, brittle hair. I have tried almost all the products on the market to repair my, ranging from your drug store brand, all the way the expensive Moroccan oil which costs like $45 for a decent sized bottle. This product by far blows everything out of the water!!! After just one usage, this smoothed my hair, gave me great shine, and made my hair more voluminous. It also tames frizzies and conditions your ends. After styling (flat ironing, etc), I spray a small amount on my fingers and then dab it on my ends and anywhere else that seems frizzy. Since a little goes a long way and so my hair doesn't become too greasy and weighed down, I like applying it with my fingers rather than directly on my hair. Not only do I use it dry but it works wet as well
I use this twice a day sometimes -- first during styling, and then I dab a little on my ends only before I go to bed. It does not rub off on the pillow.
All in all, great lightweight oil that does what it says and I highly recommend it! I haven't used it long enough to know if it is actually "improving" my hair in the long run but I know that on days when I do use it, my hair looks better. Good value for price

PS  all the woman in my family use it and that why it looks like this LOL.  This is why I hind the bottle from them I keep tell them to get their own

GOODY TANGLEFIX (REVIEW)

I want to start off saying that these product was sent to me from Influenster for review purpose only This will not effect  me in any way shape or form how I feel about this product. I will give my honest opinion how I feel and how the product performed in me.

I was very much surpised how well this brush perform so well with my hair. Well to start off I have thick damage hair. Not only that I had dye hair in the color light blond and you know how much that color can weaken someone hair. Oh did I also mention that I now have extensions as well. So over all not a good mix. Before I had gotten this product I was always scared every time i had to watch and do my hair for the simple fact that I had the extension and my hair was color I was scared that and kind of comb or brush would rip out my hair for sure.

I have to admit I had my doubt using this product because like anything else. I thought this would be another gimmick product. Boy was I wrong this product had really change my life for the better I love it so much It changes how I wash my hair. I not scared anymore. It really detangels every section of my hair without pull my own hair and without damaging my hair extension which cost me me alot of money to get it insulted.

Pros
-Detangels and is very gentle to the hair
-Can be used dry or wet
-Fit in the palm or your hand
-Price

Cons
-Sorry but I dont have one

Verdict

Never again will I go back to my old ways of doing my hair.I can never see my self without this product I even brought a back up to keep in my bag. This little product is good using it dry of wet.I feel that it makes my hair feel full and tangle free. Go and out and buy it and see if for yourself

This product can be found in
CVS Rite Aid, Walgreen, Duane Reade and some Drug Stores and of course goody website which there will be a link below

COVER GIRL BLASTFLIPSTICK REVIEW

 This is bright coral red

This is a dark gold

STUNNER (840) The red was less frosty than the gold, but still had shimmer

This is a medium pink

This a light pink

Vixen (820) Both colors were very frosty

 This a chocolate brown

This is dark gold

Minx a dark gold (855) The gold was similar to that in Stunner. Brown was less frosty. Gold was very frosty

Three COVERGIRL BLASTFLIPSTICKs were included as part of a BzzKit that I received for free. The colors in my BzzKit were 820 Vixen, 840 Stunner, and 855 Minx. I was not very impressed with this lipstick. It didn't apply smoothly at all. I tried applying it straight from the tube. It seemed a little lumpy. I tried exfoliating my lips and applying it again, but got similar results. When I applied it with a brush, the results were a little better, but I still cannot say that I liked the way it felt on my lips. Any imperfection on my lips seemed to be magnified. The lipstick also felt greasy, but didn't feel moisturizing. I thought it felt cheap, and the fragrance (chemically floral) of the product only added to the affect. I am makeup obsessed, and I am used to using products with quality. This product was certainly not, and reminded me of the products I used to use when I was a teenager and couldn't afford any better. It smudges very easily and, because of the bright color, the smudges are easily seen but NOT easily removed. The one positive was that COVERGIRL BLASTFLIPSTICK is long-wearing.

The cool affects that are featured in the ad are hard to recreate. They definitely cannot be done as the commercial suggests, by applying it from the tube and flipping it over to the other color. I tried to recreate the look using a brush and was more successful, but for looks where I want a multi-tonal lip, I would rather use another brand of lipstick and maybe even eyeshadow. The effects and the look of my lips would have been much smoother than if I used COVERGIRL BLASTFLIPSTICK. I would feel duped if I purchased this product with the intention of creating the effects by using it straight out of the tube.

The colors I tried were:

* 820 Vixen - both colors were cool pink shades, one medium pink and one light pink. Vixen was my favorite color out of the ones I tried. Both colors were very frosty.

* 840 Stunner - bright coral red and a dark gold. The red was less frosty than the gold, but still had shimmer. I think this is the color they feature in most of the ads.

* 855 Minx - chocolate brown and a dark gold. The gold was similar to that in Stunner. Brown was less frosty. Gold was very frosty.

In summary, these products will probably end up in the trash. This in itself is saying a lot because I don't like throwing makeup away. The texture of the product is rough and greasy without being moisturizing. The frostiness emphasizes any flaws and flakiness that may be on the lips. The cool effects shown on the commercials are impossible to create without having a lip brush. If I had to use one word to describe COVERGIRL BLASTFLIPSTICK, it would be cheap.

Head & Shoulders Damage Rescue (Review)

I want to start off saying that these product was sent to me from Influenster for review purpose only .This will not effect  me in any way shape or form how I feel about this product. I will give my honest opinion how I feel and how the product performed in me.

This product claims

- Works to relieve dry scalp and dandruff
- Helps to repair damaged hair

Formulated with a blend of rich conditioners, our Damage Rescue collection nourishes damaged hair and relives dry scalp by locking in the moisture and helping restore and maintain barrier. Plus, the advance formula improves hair and scalp health , while at the same time leaving hair strong against damage.

Story about my hair:

I have color treated hair and because of that my scalp is really dry. Also my hair is really damage from all the heat that I use on my hair. My hair is normally thick but lately my hair has been thinning out to the point that I feel that my hair is falling out. Which is a scary thing even thou I have stop coloring my hair so offend. I still feel no matter what I do to try to take care of my hair like less coloring less heat and add more nourishing products to restore my hair nothing has been helping until now.

Experience with the Conditioner:

This conditioner you can say is not all the special when it comes to consumers with no dry scalp and dandruff problem but in case you do have them It promise is actually kept and the product actually does not let dandruff come because after using conditioners usually people have a few complains when it comes to having a dry scalp and which is having dandruff as most conditioners moisturize and that in turn doesn’t help in the dandruff to go away but it continues to stay or even grow in certain cases.

But this product is specially designed to let those people have dandruff and want soft hair, works amazing well from the first wash. It nourishes the roots and in-case there is any contact with the scalp or not it does not have an issue because the product is designed in that way. Although the bottles design is a bit uncomfortable but the product works great on people who have thick hair in particular and it also carries a good constancy.

It also comes in a small standard head and shoulders bottle design but the quantity for the price seems a bit less. The softness effect is also not long lived so just in case after shampooing you forget to condition or are in a hurry it will be bad as the hair will lose the moisture they got.

It is supposed to be used like an normal conditioner but unlike other conditioners designed for making hair soft this one is easier to wash off and does not stick on which I guess should be considered a good thing if you do not want dandruff.

Experience with the Shampoo:

I have notice that when I use the shampoo it does feel a little drying from root to tip after I remove the product out of my hair but I do have to admit the my scalp feels really clean and leave some kind of tingling feeling in my scalp but that does not last very long. Don't even think about forgetting to add your conditioner to your hair even if you did forget your hair will not . You will see a big differences in your hair without it. Like I said you hair is very dry and stiff to the point you cant even comb threw it at all. Don't even attempt to do so because that will happen is you will rip out your own hair and that is something that you don't want.

 Pros

-Shows Results after 3 washes
-Products claims are fulfilled.
-Gives a shine.
-Peach scent not over powering like the normal line that we are use to (medicated) which sometimes is bother some.

Cons

-Less quantity.
-Bottles design (wish there was a pump)
-Doesn’t lock softness in for long.

Verdict

For a product offering so much in a standard price I believe it gives in its fullest and gives full value for money. I would recommend this to all those as well who do not have any dandruff issue and just simply suffer from having brittle hair. This product will make a difference. But if you do not have any sort of dandruff related issues this product is really not all that good for you and you may want to continue looking for something that is made for your hair needs.

FOREVER RED FROM BATH AND BODY

I was chosen to participate in testing and received this from Influenster in their Cosmo VoxBox. I was so lucky to have gotten this scent. I saw this product a while back but I was unsure if this was a scent that I would like. I’m glad that I was able to test it out. I love this scent so much. I've been using it quite a bit these past couple weeks. I spray it everywhere I go. I spritzed it all over. A lot of people around me like my co-worker and even patients say “You smell so good! What are you wearing?!” I proudly said, “Forever Red! It’s a new scent by Bath and Body works!” I was so excited.  I really love the complexity of this scent. Its so many different things rolled into one. I get sweet notes, musky notes and everything in between.  I think everyone will love it.

Bath & Body Works Forever Red is the brand's newest permanent Signature Collection scent. Bath & Body Works has really been promoting this scent.   Bath & Body Works sales associate told me that more money was spent developing and promoting Forever Red than on any other scent in the brand's history. Bath & Body Works calls Forever Red their "most luxurious fragrance ever" and describe it as a "pairing of the richest and rarest ingredients to create our most feminine and surprising fragrance collection yet! Forever Red is a passionate blend of pomegranate and red osmanthus with a sexy surprise of vanilla rum". This scent is currently available in nine products. All of the Forever Red products are significantly more expensive than the rest of the Signature Collection items but I was told by the sales associate that sales like "buy three get two free" will still be applicable. The full size Eau de Parfum retails for $44.50. All Bath &Body Works products are cruelty free and made in the USA.

Forever Red's mini Eau de Parfum comes in a really pretty bottle. All of Forever Red's packaging is very nice looking, much fancier looking than what you'd expect from Bath & Body Works, more like something you'd expect from Bath & Body Work's sister brand Victoria's Secret. This little perfume comes in a rectangular, translucent, red glass bottle topped by a square, plastic, red cap. The bottle is plain, only the name of the scent is on the front, written in red of course.  I really like the look of Forever Red's mini bottle, it's nice for just a purse size.

Top Notes: Fiery Pomegranate, Rare French Peach, Luminous Apple

Mid Notes: Red Peony, Night Marigold, Red Osmanthus

Dry Notes: Rich Vanilla Rum, Velvety Marshmallow, Oak Wood

The pomegranate and apple notes combine to give Forever Red a delicious juiciness. The scent is armed up by the rum and has a sweet confection quality to it stemming from the marshmallow. The sweetness isn't strong or overpowering; I actually think it's the softest aspect of Forever Red. I love how seamless the notes are, the fruit notes mesh so well with the sweet alcoholic notes, sitting atop a soft but rich woody base. Bath & Body Works really put together a great scent. I've really fallen in love with Forever Red.

The sales associate I talked to told me that this little bottle of Forever Red is an Eau de Parfum, meaning that it contains a high concentration of fragrance oils resulting in longer wear. Um..well, it lasts longer than the reformulated Fine Fragrance Mist which struggle to last an hour on me. I get about two hours of wear from Forever Red which is pretty poor especially for the price. Maybe it's just me, but I get good wear from other, non-Bath & Body Works scents, so it's probably the formula. I'm really disappointed by how often I need to re spritz.

Overall, apart from the short wear time, I love Bath & Body Works Forever Red is one of my all-time favorite scents. I think Bath & Body Works really made a great new scent that isn't too similar to their other offerings. I hope to buy one or two more mini Eau de Parfums. I definitely recommend trying out this great new scent

This product is only at available Bath & Body the link will be down below

Gillette Venus Embrace Womens Razor REVIEW

I was delighted to receive a complimentary Gillette Venus Embrace razor as well as a Venus & Olay refill) in my Cosmo Voxbox from Influential. I think Venus razors have always worked well for me. Give me a nice smooth, close shave. While the blades are a bit pricey I do not mind paying for the refills because they work a lot better than el-cheapos, almost eliminating nicks and cuts all together.

For the past few years  I have used venus razors. I must say I have never given it much thought to swapping out different kinds of blades so whenever I buy new refills I always buy the handle that "comes with the type." so this is something great for me to learn.

The lotion strips provide enough moisture that I can use it without shaving cream! I love it!

The Gillette Venus Embrace razor features five blades "for a whole new level of smoothness". The razor also includes a moisture ribbon for a smooth glide. The Venus Embrace is loaded with aloe and other ingredients, you can't even feel the blades!

The one thing that I like most about this razor is that it curves to your legs as you shave, thus reducing any ingrown hairs and cutting your legs up with a cheap-o razor. It is moisturizing depending on which one you get, but regardless of that the gel strips on the Venus Embrace razors make it a smooth glide while shaving. Everyone should try it out its amazing!!

pro's:
5 blades give you a super close shave
Squishy grip makes it easy to hold onto and control
Moisture strips seem to hold up alot longer than the original venus
With the Gillette Venus you can put any of the refills on it from any of the Gillette Venus varieties to get the shave best for you!

Con:
Large head is difficult to manuver around crevices and does not get all hair from bikini area
Moisture strips and rubber around head hold onto hairs, hard to clean
The blades are a bit pricey

This product is mostly available at most drug store like

CVS
RITE AIDE
WALGREEN
DUANE READE
TARGET

PRO'S
Love the way it works, it is genius, I think. The way it pops out of the little cover and then into this box. And you can always put it back into it's original cover. Side note if you have some old Urban Decay Singles eyeshadow laying around in your makeup draw they fit into these slots. Keep in mind it will be a little tight after all the old eye shadow single was meant to be taken out of their packaging to be depotted. Ones you get them in there it will be a little hard to take then out.
CON'S
With the box comes an free eye shadow which is nice of course, but if you buy 4 of these boxes you get 4 of the same eye shadows. And if it's not your color it's just a waste! There should be a way you can choose different shades, so you don't end up with the same one!

BURT'S BEES REVIEW

I want to start off by saying I am a BzzAgent. I am given the opportunity to sample/try out products for free . In return, I agree to review and share with people my experience and information about the product I'm trying. I spread the "BZZ" aka word of mouth to let people know about the product and my experience with it weather it is good or bad.

Burt’s Bees was inspired by a remarkable botanical called clary sage and incorporated it into this new line. Clary sage is a lone plant which fights for its life against the elements and not only survives, but thrives in its harsh environment because of its fierce will and exceptional ability to trap and retain moisture. Clary sage is found deep in the windswept hills of the Mediterranean; it promises to quench parched skin, leaving it totally revitalized and healthy looking.

Intense Hydration Cream Cleanser with Clary Sage – Infused with clary sage, goes on soft on dry skin and hard on dirt and oil, with a mix of clarifying and nourishing botanical. Key Ingredients: Clary sage helps maintain moisture; pro biotic technology to nourish skin; bitter orange peel extract to enhance water retention and cupuacu butter, which provides luxurious texture.

Benefits: Removes dirt, oil and makeup; intensely hydrates skin, rinsing easily without leaving any residue.

I was pleasantly surprised - it leaves your skin feeling clean and moisturized, but not greasy/oily. I have normal to dry skin that can be sensitive at times. The first thing I noticed was that the fragrance is pretty strong, but it smells really good at the same time. You can really smell the citrus in this product. So if you don't like the smell of oranges then you will not like this product what so ever. I love how it felt like I had just applied lotion even though I only washed my face.  I'd definitely consider adding this to my routine.

Intense Hydration Treatment Mask with Clary Sage  – Instantly quenches parched skin. Enhanced with pro biotic technology and formulated with moisturizing mafura butter (rich in essential fatty acids) and tacuma butter (emollient and antioxidant-rich), it leaves skin feeling soft and totally revitalized. Benefits: Provides immediate intense hydration for dry skin, non-greasy; easy-to-apply.

Intense Hydration Night Cream with Clary Sage  – Clinically proven to deliver intense hydration while you sleep for skin that wakes up feeling soft and supple. Enhanced with pro biotic technology, this formula also helps increase skin’s ability to retain moisture and reduce fine lines and wrinkles, naturally. Key Ingredients: Clary sage, bitter orange peel extract, mafura, tucuma and kokum butter (nourishing and restorative).

Benefits: Helps nourish and revitalize skin while you sleep; intensely hydrates dry skin; reduces lines and wrinkles; absorbs quickly and is non-greasy.

Intense Hydration Day Lotion with Clary Sage – Deeply hydrates dry skin, so each day starts with soft, smooth skin that feels great! A non-comedogenic day lotion also reduces lines and wrinkles, for a youthful, healthy glow. Key Ingredients: Clary sage to help retain moisture; pro biotic technology to nourish skin; bitter orange peel extract (known to enhance water retention); mafura butter (rich in essential fatty acids) and tacuma butter (emollient and antioxidant-rich) Benefits: Intensely hydrates dry skin; reduces lines and wrinkles; helps skin feel soft, smooth and look healthier; absorbs quickly, non-greasy and non-comedogenic.

PRO'S OVER ALL
I notice I've had an improvement in hydration of the skin, especially since its fall and my skin always dries out during this season. I'm very impressed the way my skin feels so far.

Both the day and night cream are very nice some people might not like because it is a heavy cream but I like wearing heavy cream around the fall and winter season it makes my skin feel so hydrating. It not like it feels heavy at all. i love the way my skin absorbs the product and makes my skin really soft .

CON'S
I would have to say is the citrus fragrance in the face wash. It is sometimes bothersome at times no matter how little I use I just can get over the smell of the orange peels. It is too much of a kick to me.
