Urban Decay Palette VICE

I was one of the luck ones to get my hands on the new Urban Decay Palette VICE at the NYC event at Sephora on (200 W 42nd Street New York, NY 1003 . It was a special preview on Friday September 14 between the hours 3pm to 9pm. Meet Eric and his team of artists. The first 100 customers would get a Urban decay The Vice T-shirt and a TSA approved makeup bag ......which contain a sample primer potion, mini lip junkie , mini glide on shadow pencil in delinquent and a mini mascara or I almost forgot a Urban Decay scarf nice for the fall season.

As you can see it has a sleek purple soft-touch case touch case topped with a sparkling jeweled Urban Decay logo on top. If you ever felt the case of any Nars packaging it feels just like that. It is this nice and rubber like material.

Urban Decay state that this new palette comes with twenty new shades ranging from mattes, shimmers, satins, neutrals and bright how there is something for everyone. The eyeshadow contains a velvety texture, rich color, serious staying power and blend ability

Anonymous Opaque almond with matte finish
Free Bird Pink champagne with silver micro-sparkle shimmer finish
Laced Opaque pinky taupe with matte finish

Overall the matte shades in this palette chaos the bright blue is very light texture and also apply very smooth. As for the other two matte shade Anonymous and laced it will be a good blending color. They are also a light texture nice a smooth.

The satin color desperation would make a nice crease color over a good outter v color. It just the right type of brown.Black market also have a nice texture this would be a great outter v color for a soft smokey eye look . The black is very soft black with a brown undertone.

Let get to the problem eyeshadow Provocateur OH MY it a pain very powdery way to soft the moment you put your brush into the pan the color is everywhere not only you make a mess in the palette it self but when you apply it will be over your face. Not only you will get shimmer for the shadow but  you will also get sparkles all over these micro will travel over your face so be warn. I think people who wear contact should be very careful.

Jagged Omg is the same thing but it is super sheer and very griddy. It is the worst shade out of the whole palette. The color payoff is really bad you really have to pack on the color it order to see the undertone but again the shimmer will go everywhere.

Free bird is a pale pink with sparkle this shade just like the rest. You will get alot of fall out. It is also a pain to use just like the other two. No matter what brush you use you will experience alot of glitter all over.
