URBAN DECAY 4 PAN PALETTE FROM SEPHORA

Well it looks like Urban Decay had did it again this time they had created a four pan palette for Sephora. Build your beauty arsenal one eyeshadow at a time with this collectible (and completely customizable) 4-pan palette for Holiday 2012. Urban Decay’s newly formulated eye shadows pop out of their compacts and into these customizable palettes to create a travel friendly quad of shades you can tote around with you.

This limited edition Build Your Own Palette compacts featuring incredible art work and one full size eyeshadow exclusive to this palette.

Urban Decay Eye shadows are now specially designed to work with this case: pop them out of their Urban Decay compact and pop them into a Build Your Own Palette. Choose from a massive selection of nudes, vibrant hues, and deep, dark shades to create your own unique combination, then swap out all four whenever you like.

The eye shadow on the left is the one that came with this palette it is called   Breathless, a medium taupe shimmer.

PRO'S
Love the way it works, it is genius, I think. The way it pops out of the little cover and then into this box. And you can always put it back into it's original cover. Side note if you have some old Urban Decay Singles eyeshadow laying around in your makeup draw they fit into these slots. Keep in mind it will be a little tight after all the old eye shadow single was meant to be taken out of their packaging to be depotted. Ones you get them in there it will be a little hard to take then out.
CON'S
With the box comes an free eye shadow which is nice of course, but if you buy 4 of these boxes you get 4 of the same eye shadows. And if it's not your color it's just a waste! There should be a way you can choose different shades, so you don't end up with the same one!

Purchase this product at Sephora stores for 18$ or go to their web site which the link is down below.

OCC LIP BRUSH

I was so excited to get these. They are very bold, very pigmented. They have great lasting power. You definitely only need the most tiny tiny little bit to cover your entire lip. They dry to a matte finish also they do end up staining your lips even with makeup remover. It does not feel too sticky at all. However if you apply too much it will feel very gooey, and bleed quite a bit. Just use this product in moderation, and not only will it last you forever, but you'll love it on. Just know if you're not into full coverage matte lip color, it's probably not worth the hassle of having to mix it with other products. I think this is a great kit for people who want to start off use this product more bang for there buck. a value of 49.99 for five lip tars is not bad at all and the great thing about this set these lip tars are full size which is amazing.

This kit is only be sold at Sephora online here is the link below:

TOO FACED THE RETURN OF SEXY

Too Faced was right in the money when the came up with this palette. With fall up in full swing and the holidays coming what girl wouldn't want this palette in there collection. I can tell you this it a lot of shimmer and glitter so if you are not that type of girl then this palette is not for you. This palette is for someone who wants to shine like a start are wants to grab everyone attention when they walk by ..... LOOK AT ME I AM A STAR LOL..

This pretty palette holds 15 generous pans of color-coordinated neutrals, passionate purples, and sexy greys. Also included; a full size Perfect Eyes Eyeliner pencil in Perfect Black

The eye shadows can all be used wet or dry, and will give a little bit more of a sheer, candle-lit look once you start blending them when dry, but still look pretty stellar. What makes them come alive is when you amp up the color with a mixing medium or water, so the options are pretty much endless when you start combining the wet/dry finishes and shades together.

CON'S
Like everything there is aways a con this palette is not a fit for everyone. While there’s a mix of finishes in the palette, you’re going to find that it’s predominately glimmers, shimmers, and pearls. If you’re a more subdued matte or satin lover, this may not be for you. Very pretty, nonetheless

Urban Decay Palette VICE

I was one of the luck ones to get my hands on the new Urban Decay Palette VICE at the NYC event at Sephora on (200 W 42nd Street New York, NY 1003 . It was a special preview on Friday September 14 between the hours 3pm to 9pm. Meet Eric and his team of artists. The first 100 customers would get a Urban decay The Vice T-shirt and a TSA approved makeup bag ......which contain a sample primer potion, mini lip junkie , mini glide on shadow pencil in delinquent and a mini mascara or I almost forgot a Urban Decay scarf nice for the fall season.

As you can see it has a sleek purple soft-touch case touch case topped with a sparkling jeweled Urban Decay logo on top. If you ever felt the case of any Nars packaging it feels just like that. It is this nice and rubber like material.

Urban Decay state that this new palette comes with twenty new shades ranging from mattes, shimmers, satins, neutrals and bright how there is something for everyone. The eyeshadow contains a velvety texture, rich color, serious staying power and blend ability

Starting from the top row
Desperation Taupe brown with satin finish
Muse Deep sepia brown with multi-dimensional sparkle finish
Jagged Metallic black gold with shimmer finish
Blitz Metallic yellow gold with shimmer finish
Penny Lane Metallic peachy bronze pearl with golden shimmer finish

Junkie Dark green/blue pearl with golden shimmer
Chaos Bright blue matte
Occupy metallic steel grey with multidimensional sparkle and shimmer finish
Unhinged Metallic electric turquoise with shimmer finish
Black Market Jet black satin

Provocateur Light metallic mauve with multi-dimensional sparkle and shimmer finish
Rapture Dark greyish purple with multi-dimensional shimmer finish
Vice Deep eggplant purple with shimmer finish
Noise Electric punch pink with gold sparkle and shimmer finish
Armor Metallic dove grey with silver micro-glitter shimmer finish

Nevermind Metallic cork with shimmer finish
Echo Beach Pale wheat with shimmer finish
Anonymous Opaque almond with matte finish
Free Bird Pink champagne with silver micro-sparkle shimmer finish
Laced Opaque pinky taupe with matte finish

Overall the matte shades in this palette chaos the bright blue is very light texture and also apply very smooth. As for the other two matte shade Anonymous and laced it will be a good blending color. They are also a light texture nice a smooth.

The satin color desperation would make a nice crease color over a good outter v color. It just the right type of brown.Black market also have a nice texture this would be a great outter v color for a soft smokey eye look . The black is very soft black with a brown undertone.

Let get to the problem eyeshadow Provocateur OH MY it a pain very powdery way to soft the moment you put your brush into the pan the color is everywhere not only you make a mess in the palette it self but when you apply it will be over your face. Not only you will get shimmer for the shadow but  you will also get sparkles all over these micro will travel over your face so be warn. I think people who wear contact should be very careful.

Jagged Omg is the same thing but it is super sheer and very griddy. It is the worst shade out of the whole palette. The color payoff is really bad you really have to pack on the color it order to see the undertone but again the shimmer will go everywhere.

Free bird is a pale pink with sparkle this shade just like the rest. You will get alot of fall out. It is also a pain to use just like the other two. No matter what brush you use you will experience alot of glitter all over.
