Colorstay Whipped Creme Foundation Review

I going to go stright to the point as to what I like and what I dont like for input you can check out the video that I did above but if you have any more question please comment down below.

Pros-

1. It a drug store foundation so you can find it anywhere from walgeesns ,cvc, rite aide target where ever Revlon is sold.

2. Texture - it is NOT a mouse nor does it feel very "whipped". It's very creamy. But light. Once applied it goes on VERY smooth and velvety like. It dries to an almost powder finish. I don't feel it on my skin. I found it to be surprisingly blendable and, amazingly, very natural looking. I could barely tell that I had on makeup, which is the way it should be.

3. Longevity wise - it stays put all day (even better than the Colorstay liquid), without creasing, caking, darkening or oxidizing, perfectly standing heat, sweat or oiliness. I didn't wear it for 24 hours ( and frankly, who does wear makeup for that long?) but it stayed on my skin for a good 10 hours, consistently looking fresh and natural. To ensure this crease-free finish, once I’ve dusted powder.

Pros:
-works well on a variety of skin types
-very long wearing without being drying
-natural finish
-layers very well to build up coverage
-no white cast in flash photography
-attractive packaging
-doesn't smell nearly as paint-like as original colorstay

Cons-

1. Color - Hard to tell from the jar and the jar comes sealed in plastic so you can't even open to look. All colors run darker than what you can see through the glass jar. Colorstay Whipped formula appears a tad darker than the original Colorstay Liquid I simply think it’s due to the lack of sunscreen. If you are darker then nc42 to a nc45 this is not going to work for you because of the shade range wont go that far

2. Container wise - the glass jar is really heavy and not especially hygienic (especially with water based formulations, which is the case here), usually I would rate this point badly but it looks so pretty in my bathroom, and stable, that this time it’s more a good point. Due to the thickness of this foundation, it would have been impossible to use a bottle (or even a squeeze tube) without wasting product, the jar will allow me to get even the last drops of this little gem. I simply wash my hands right before dabbing one finger into the jar, then dotting on my face (one part at a time) and buffing with my brush

3. Packaging - Not crazy about the heavy glass jar. Easy to drop out of your hands, very heavy. ,won't travel well since it's so bulky and heavy.

3. Price wise - not the cheapest one but far less expensive than any MAC foundation, for a far better result… what else ?!

5. Apply product with hands trying with brush or even a sponge does not apply the product wel. it just didn’t seem to spread the foundation around as much as I’d hoped  it soaks it up

6. Removing wise - not that easy to remove with a water-soluble cleanser (unless you use it with a washcloth)

Cons:
-no spf
-unhygienic packaging
-difficult to guess shade by looking at the pot
-must blend quickly, sets pretty fast
-color range
-packaging
