New York Color Smooth Skin Bronzing Face Powder in Sunny (Review)

New York Color Smooth Skin Bronzing Face Powder in Sunny (Review)

I want to start off saying that these product was sent to me from Influenster for review purpose only This will not effect me in any way shape or form how I feel about this product. I will give my honest opinion how I feel and how the product performed in me.

I was using NYC's Sunny bronzer for many years?  So I’am no stranger to this product. I was glad to see this product in my Infuenster cause I have not used this product in such a long time cause I had moved up to bigger and higher end for my bronzer and contouring needs.

I use to use it as a allover setting powder in the winter time cause I seem to lose a lot a color in my face . But in the summer I use it as my bronzer /contour. After I apply my foundation, concealer, and powder, I use a brush to apply this near my temples, cheeks, and neckline . . . then do my bronzing and contouring over it. It just helps warm up my face, and helps my other products to blend easier.

I'm tanned (NC45 in MAC?) If you want to use that as a reference, this produce is not orange on me. I've never had any problems with this breaking me out or causing any skin issues.

I have repurchased this produce many times. This may not be THE BEST out there, but it works well for me. So if you are looking for a drug store inexpensive product. This product might just do the trick it worth checking out at your local drug store.

Pros
-Price it very low
-Can be found in almost every drug store
-Does not have a scent that I am able to detect
-Finely milled  and not powdery

Con
-Can be a little orange on some people
-May not work on darker skin

Verdict

If you are just starting out with makeup and you don't know where to begin this is the brand for you. It is affordable and easily accessible for the makeup lover in you. So please give it a shot and I hope you love it as much I did.  Good luck

This product can be found in
CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreen, Duane Reade and some Drug Stores and of course NYC website which there will be a link below

Drug Store vs Drug Store

So I was at Walgreens during my lunch break. Trying to see if they have any new drug store products that I wanted to try out to put on my blog. Being that this is the first time me writing anything on here I wanted to make it good . But I was not sure what to write about . All I knew it had to be and eye opener and there it was the new Wet n Wild palettes. So I thought.

I got a little closer to the display because something didn't seem right.

"I was like Wow since when did Wet n Wild hike up the price 7.49 that a bit much for Wet n Wild palette".

As I got little closer to the display there it was I could believe my eyes it was not Wet n Wild at all . It was Black Radiance I really had to take a double take. I was thinking in the back of my mind why are they trying to look like Wet n Wild. It was the same thing I turn the package from front to back and the all overall design was the same thing.

A look alike I could understand it ... Now I would understand more if it was a dupe from a high end product to a low end for example the Giorgio Armani Eyes To Kill eye shadows which cost $32 to the L'Oreal Infallible eye shadow which cost about $10 the most.

What was Black Radiance thinking? I guess they wanted to give Wet n Wild a run for their money . Don't get me wrong for all I know the texture, pigmentation and the quality could be the same or even better then Wet n Wild. But for the price even with the $ 1.00 coupon I don't think it is worth spending my money on this product.

So if you are in Walgreens looking for the next best thing. Be careful you might be fooled just like I almost did. But you'll the judge if this is worth getting
